Position Overview
We are seeking a Sanitation Specialist to uphold our cleaning and sanitation standards as part of our growing Hildale team. By keeping our machinery and facility in top condition, you will directly support our team's success and help maintain the high operational standards that drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow and uphold cleaning standards, procedures, and schedules
- Complete detailed cleaning checklists
- Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
- Properly dilute, store, and dispose of chemicals to prevent hazards
- Document and record cleaning activities and inspections
- Report any issues or non-compliance incidents
- Work with teams to handle sanitation issues
- Manage waste systems, such as waste segregation and disposal procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized approach
- Great communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethics and morals
- Previous experience in a manufacturing
- Proficiency in using common hand tools
- Mechanical upkeep and repair skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
